Our Favorite Chip Dip Recipes
I dip, you did, we dip! Here at LIY, there’s not much we love more than a good dip. Beer cheese, queso, guac… you name it, we’re probably breaking it out to snack on during a 9AM meeting. So in honor of kicking off March Madness and Summer cookouts right around the corner, we’re sharing our favorite chip dip recipes for the perfect side dish [or 9AM snack, no judgement here 😉 ]!
Hot Cheese Dip

Cream Cheese
softened -

Sour Cream -

Frito’s Bean Dip -

Taco Seasoning -

Minced Onions -

Sharp Shredded Cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix all of the ingredients [other than the shredded cheese] together and place into oven safe baking dish.

Add shredded cheese to the top.

Serve hot with tortilla chips or Fritos! Enjoy!
Baked Chili Bean Dip

Cream Cheese

Hormel Chili with Beans -

Shredded Cheese

Layer a baking dish with the softened cream cheese

Top the cream cheese with the can of Hormel chili beans

Sprinkle with shredded cheese on top!

Bake at 375 for 25 minutes! Serve warm!
Queso
This is my go-to queso recipe for all things cheesy! I serve it with chips, as part of a nacho/taco bar and baked on top of chicken enchiladas! So easy and tasty!

Add all ingredients to Crock Pot. Cook on low for approximately 1.5 hours, until melted. Switch to Warm setting and serve with tortilla chips.

Mix all ingredients into crockpot and cook on low for 1-2 hours.

Beer Cheese Dip

In a mini slow-cooker, combine Guinness, cream cheese, and cheddar. Cover and cook on low, stirring well every 10 minutes, until warmed through and creamy, about 1 hour. Enjoy!

In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, sugar, lime juice, white wine vinegar, garlic powder, and salt.

Add all remaining ingredients and mix until well stirred.
