Watch Foo Fighters’ Dave Grohl Join Boygenius to Play “Satanist” on Halloween

Dave Grohl came out in corpse paint to join Boygenius last night for their Halloween show at Hollywood Bowl. The Foo Fighters frontman took to the drums for “Satanist,” from this year’s Boygenius LP, The Record. Watch clips on X.

Over the weekend, Grohl and Foo Fighters played a pair of songs on Saturday Night Live, inviting H.E.R. along for “The Glass.” The band released But Here We Are this year. Boygenius are set to make their own SNL appearance on November 11, on an episode hosted by Timothée Chalamet. They released The Rest, a four-song companion EP to The Record, last month.
