What Happened to Brook Lynn on July 11?

Anna corners Vaughn at the bar after Emma’s suspicious date

Anna finds Isaiah at the Brown Dog bar and enlists his help to keep an eye on Emma, who’s with a much older man, Vaughn. When Vaughn suggests they leave, Anna intercepts them, insisting on buying them a drink. Vaughn claims he works in the PCU facilities department, but Anna isn’t convinced. She warns Emma about his age and possible ulterior motives. Emma snaps that she’s an adult and can date who she wants.

Joss then appears, confronts Vaughn, and demands he choose between her and Emma. Vaughn leaves with Joss, which infuriates Emma. Before he leaves, Emma secretly swipes a key labeled “Master” from him.

Trina and Kai’s relationship hangs by a thread

At the gallery, Trina is stunned when Kai admits he told Drew about Curtis’ plan involving Jacinda. She accuses him of betraying her father and siding with Drew over her family. Kai says he only did what he believed was right. Trina tells him he’ll never truly be family to her. Kai says he loves her, but she demands he leave. After he walks out, she collapses in tears.

Portia lashes out at Curtis and leans into Isaiah’s company

Portia confronts Curtis at Aurora, upset he missed Trina’s show. Curtis reveals Drew blackmailed him again and that Kai blew up his plan. Portia blames herself and asks if Curtis still cares for her or only for Trina. He admits he’s only trying to protect himself and their daughter.

Later, a distraught Portia vents to Isaiah, who encourages her to stop competing with Jordan and start playing her own game. Portia appears swayed and offers to buy the next round.

Brook Lynn’s revenge leads to disaster for Rocco and a fight with Dante

At the Quartermaine estate, Michael finds Brook Lynn in tears before Dante storms in, furious she left a file on Britt Westbourne out where Rocco could find it. Dante accuses her of deliberately hurting his son to get back at Lulu. Brook Lynn denies it was intentional but admits she had wanted revenge. She breaks down, realizing Gio now hates her and the damage may be irreparable.

Later, Tracy asks Chase to intervene, fearing Brook Lynn’s obsession with revenge will destroy everything.

Laura comforts Rocco and helps Lulu

Rocco searches for more information, struggling with the idea that he was “stolen” rather than conceived out of love. Laura finds him on the porch and reassures him his parents desperately wanted him, even if the past is complicated. Lulu overhears and thanks her mother, admitting it helped both Rocco and her. Meanwhile, Rocco sends an email to Obrecht, introducing himself as her once-upon-a-time grandson.
