Over my years of sale shopping I’ve snapped up some great bargains, but I’ve also made all the sale-shopping mistakes caused by the temptation of saving a few pounds. And as I’m trying to be more conscious when shopping, I’ve found a trick for deciphering the sales. I’ve created endless wish lists on every site you can think of, so that when a discount rolls around I already have a concise edit of the styles I’ve loved previously, and if they still spark joy, they’re coming home to me. Of course, I’ll be sharing my long-loved Zara favourites that are now on sale with you below.

And in my opinion, the summer midseason sales are the best of them all, as the pieces span the hottest days to the chillier evenings, offering up layering options that will help you through the other seasons, too.
