Part Two Release Date Moved Up by Warner Bros.
Good news as you will be able to watch Dune: Part Two before its originally scheduled release date of November 17, 2023.
Warner Bros. Pictures announced today that the Dune: Part Two release date has been bumped up two weeks. As a result, the highly anticipated sequel will now come out on November 3, 2023. It’s not a huge difference for the Denis Villeneuve film but considering how often delays have come for high-profile movies it’s a fresh of breath air.

“This follow-up film will explore the mythic journey of Paul Atreides as he unites with Chani and the Fremen while on a warpath of revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family,” reads the synopsis. “Facing a choice between the love of his life and the fate of the known universe, he endeavors to prevent a terrible future only he can foresee.”
Dune: Part Two is once again being directed by Villeneuve. The returning cast includes Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Stellan Skarsgård, Dave Bautista, Zendaya, Javier Bardem, Josh Brolin, and Stephen McKinley Henderson. Joining them is Christopher Walken as Emperor Shaddam IV, Florence Pugh as Princess Irulan, Austin Butler as Feyd-Rautha, Léa Seydoux as Lady Margot, and Souheila Yacoub as Shishakli.
Last year, Dune went on to garner critical acclaim from fans and critics alike. Earlier this year, it also racked up a whopping 10 Academy Award nominations. It won six of them, including Best Original Score, Best Sound, Best Film Editing, Best Cinematography, Best Production Design, and Best Visual Effects.
With the release date change, it will no longer premiere against The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes and If starring John Krasinski and Ryan Reynolds.
