‘The Last Stop In Yuma County’ Star Jocelin Donahue On Rhubarb Pie And Sustaining Tension

Jocelin Donahue is no stranger to working within the genre space. From The House of the Devil to Offseason, she’s cut her teeth on tales of terror and the unsettling. Now, she’s starring in Francis Galluppi’s crime thriller The Last Stop In Yuma County as a lone waitress at a small diner with a penchant for rhubarb pie and running out of gas.

While awaiting the next fuel truck at a middle-of-nowhere Arizona rest stop, a traveling young knife salesman is thrust into a high-stakes hostage situation by the arrival of two similarly stranded bank robbers with no qualms about using cruelty—or cold, hard steel—to protect their bloodstained, ill-begotten fortune.
