- To create salami roses, start with a rolled up piece of salami and place in the center. Then, fold salami pieces in half and continue to wrap around the center until you achieve your desired size.
- To create heart carved brie, simply cut a thin top layer off of the brie and then use a heart shaped cookie cutter to cut out a heart in that thin layer. If you don’t have a cookie cutter, feel free to cut it out by hand! Then place the jam on the larger remaining jam and place the thin layer on top!
