The Best “Guilt Free” Peanut Butter Cookies


Katy here sharing a recipe I’ve found myself making a littttleeee too often lately 🤣 to satisfy a sweet tooth!
As someone with PCOS [see how I *try* to eat for my PCOS here!], I try to be mindful of my sugar and carb intake when I can. These no-flour, no-dairy peanut butter cookies are super easy to make and will have everyone coming back for another bite…or 5 🍪✨
Easy + Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies
These gluten free, dairy free peanut butter cookies are super yummy, easy to whip up, and everyone will love them!

I use one with no seed oils or added sugar! -

egg -
1/2
tsp
baking soda -
1/4
cup
pure maple syrup -
2
tbsp
almond milk
add more if batter seems too dry -
1
scoop
protein powder
optional -
chocolate chips
I like to use the enjoy life brand!
